Located in the historic city centre, the hotel is as an ideal base to visit Istanbul's famous historical and cultural beauties.

It is within walking distance to Grand bazaar, Topkapi palace, Hagia Sophia museum, Blue Mosque, Underground Cistern and Archaeological museum. It is situated on the Historical peninsula Şehzadebaşı and is very close to shopping centres.

The room was ok...maybe they give to me a superior rooms...cause they didn't received any information about my booking from your company,,,and my room wasn't ready once arrived there.

The insinstance of the personal (just some of them) to try to push me to use their firend cab services,,,every one in the hotel knows were I have to go to work, during my staying in there,,,,really unbelivable.

Location

The hotel workers,are not nice and kind acting very rude to people at reception. My comments are only regarding day shift workers, i called hem to pick me up at the airport and then said it would cost me 50 euro and i just took a taxi which cost me 25 turkish ytl,and they offered to take me back to the aiport for 30 turkish ytl.

Very clean and nicely decorated rooms. Close to historical centers. Close to tramway (250-300 m but the walking path is quite OK)

The mini suite we got was exxcellent

Many. Breakfast eas very poor. The loby was dark, full of people waiting for their rooms, many luggage, the sauna was closed before the time. We left the hotel 2 days earlier and moved to another hotel

The staff were really helpful and polite. The breakfast was great and the turkish bath wonderful, as the weather wasent great the hotel was a godsend.

Just the cost. The room was 900Euro for the week and when we paid it was converted into Lira so I still await the conversion rate to see what we actually paid. However I felt that 900 Euro was very high for a double room even with a balcony(single rate 400). The reviews beforehand mentioned that the breakfast was really bad and this certainly was not my experience - good with plenty of variety

Very good breakfast, we also liked our room

We ordered a taxi thorugh reception to go to airport and the manager on the reception told us that the price would be at 30-32 TL based on the taximeter. The taxi driver did not use a taximeter. When we came at the airport he required 40 TL. I expected that if I order a taxi via reception there would not be such cheating.
