A friendly clean hotel within a few minutes walk of all major Istanbul tourist sites and the sea ferry port. Also even closer to two tram stops. Recommend you look at Istanbul tram, bus and rail information sites and buy an Akbil token to save money and make travelling more convenient. This is rather like the London Oyster Card. |

this hotel is amazing. it is close to all the main attractions in the old Istanbul (blue mosque, hagia Sofia, gran bazar...). The staff is extremely nice and helpfull. the room was a litte small but very veryclean, Big and extremly clean bath. I am very impressed about the service of this hotel. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly; the breakfast was good with something for every taste; it is very much a get up and go hotel where you don't see many of the guests as they are out and about after breakfast. the sauna, pool and turksh bath was a bonus; they should promote this more as it was not used which was a shame to waste such good facilities; we did stay in December, maybe it was to |

Basically, a good moderate-priced hotel. Courteous, helpful staff, clean (although small) rooms, a more than adequate complimentary breakfast, and a fairly good location. A variety of moderately priced restaurants can be found nearby, and it's a 10-15 min walk to the major tourist attractions. Vehicles can not drive directly to the front door of the hotel (the street it is on has been made into a "mall" of sorts). This is good for strolling, but could be a problem for guests with a lot of bags, or the elderly (it's a two block walk to the nearest vehicle access). On the other hand, this makes for a quieter stay. Tours can only be paid for in cash - one needs Euros or lira on hand. |

As a family, we liked so much the treatment of the staff. they are very nice and very helpful. The indoor swiming pool was perfect as well as the free internet. The breakfast was not fresh all the days. |
