alle kamers waren vol waardoor wij zomaar een suite aangeboden kregen voor dezelfde prijs. Vriendelijke receptiemedewerkers. Aangeboden buffetten waren erg uitgebreid en lekker. |

Een leuk stadshotel met comfortabele service. Dat het personeel wat down werd van het gesnauw van de Rusische klanten. Jammer dat wij daar een beetje de dupe van werden. Ook de mensen achter de receptie vonden wij niet erg vriendelijk en gastvrij overkomen. |

hotel services, facilities, food excellent minor niggles with air conditioning and jacuzzi took some time to rectify. hotel is on a major road and traffic noise is always evident in the rooms, at the pool and on the beach |

The beach and see. A lots of things. 1.If it's all inclusive, why you have ice cream only one hour in the day? 2.Why you can not take any fruit from the restaurant and you dont have fruit anywhere else? 3.From 4-7pm you dont have anything and anywhere to eat in hotel? 4.All service is inwrought of time which you dont have in hotels 5 stars all inclusive. 5.Hotel staff is very unkind and imprudent. |

Hotel is located right next to the beach, it's private beach was not crowded. Massage service, and turkish bath was very good at a correct price. Between the hotel and beach there is a main auto road, which can be loud for some rooms at lower levels close to the road. That can disturb the perfect view of the sea a little bit. |

The service which was given to us was excellent. The staff behaviour was perfect. But I specially liked the Activiteis Group who made peace and eciting times over there for the passengers. The games and the dancings was nice. Just the rates for currency changing was not real. It means that it has some difference from the original rates. |

spa facilities. Poor pebbly beach, very busy and noisy road, poor choice of kids facilities, smokey lounge, average choice of food and snack menu was basically a limited choice of what was already on offer either at lunch or dinner - no imagination. No ala carte option or shuttle even though advertised on website. I don't believe this hotel is ideal for the tourist seems far better equipped for businessman. |
