Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily from 7 AM to 11 PM, 'Sadrazam Restaurant' is situated in the garden area. The restaurant offers buffet-style service with a wide variety of Turkish and international cuisine. In the summer you can also relax in the garden with a refreshing aperitif and a tasty snack.

Another restaurant is the “Padisah Restaurant' that combines fine dining with stunning views of the “Caferaga Medrese”, the historical handicraft centre built by the world famous Ottoman architect Sinan in 1576. This stylish restaurant, serving innovative Turkish and Istanbul cuisine is situated on the 2nd floor of the garden area with unrivalled views of the historical “medrese” specially lightened during the evenings. For a real gourmet experience, taste our special gourmet menu offering the best examples of Turkish cuisine with a traditional interpretation. The restaurant is open daily from 7 PM to 01:00 AM.

For drinks you can go to the Saltanat Bar, which is open daily from 9 AM to 12 AM and is located on the main floor just next to the Reception and Lobby area. Recognized as the old city's most stylish meeting place, it serves all kind of international & local drinks. Saltanat Bar will welcome you with its warm atmosphere, creative drinks and special cocktails for different seasons.

All the staff were extremely helpful; they did everything to make us feel comfortable. We'd left our daughter's buggy at home so the hotel's manager brought one from home for us which was a saver! The restaurant was very nice too, with friendly, attentive staff and good food!

The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit smelly but we think it's because of the ancient sewage system in the old city, not the cleanliness standards at the hotel. Our room was cleaned daily and to a very high standard!

Excellent location - walking distance to all major tourist attractions

Noise - especially in the early morning to our room from the adjacent breakfast area and the housekeeping staff activities

In general the staff was good but there was a horrible front desk attendant who seemed to be on duty all the time.He had a very bad attitude, yelled at me and I spoke to the manager about his behavior. He tainted our experience of Turkey. Of course he never apologized as the manager promised he would. Definitely worth mentioning him on the website as it is a shame that he works there.

The size of Bathroom is very small.Aged people can find it difficult to go in and come out of Bath tub.

nice staff and location

rooms were too small and user-unfriendly. there were barely any cable plugs in the rooms and the windows were too small so felt a bit claustrophic

The location of the hotel is great. It was so easy to walk to all of the sites in old Istanbul.

The staff was friendly but not able to assist us with any questions we asked. We felt like we were on our own to find sites, restaurants, etc. We are used to getting suggestions and help from the staff.
