Very nice and serviceminded staff. very good located in the center of the old city near to everything. small rooms but very nice beds.

TV did not function at first two days then we were offered to change room. Unfortunately the water from the shower in the new room was leaking in to the bath room, but it could not be fixed so easily as we stayed weekend. Staff tried to help.

Free internet, location

The room was extremely small - only room to walk around the bed, no room to put our bags. The tv was not working, which was painful on a day that we were rained in. Room was not cleaned when we came back one afternoon and we had to wait 1/2 hour in the lobby till someone started cleaning it. Staff were not great with recommending experiences or providing information about the city.

The guy on reception was fabulous when we arrived.

The airconditioner could be easier to operate so it maintains the selected temperature

Proximity to Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Cistern and Spice Market. Walking distance to the restaurants overlooking the Bosporus/Sea of Mamara.

The hotel is very conveniently located if you wish to spend most of your time visiting the historical sites of old Istanbul, as most of them are just a walk away. Its also quite new so the property is in good condition and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was not very appealing with a poor selection. The in-room tv has only news channels in English
