Bed + blankets was very good. Everyday clean towels and clean room

The restaurant wasn't that attractive + they make you pay extra for the orange juice you consume during breakfast

Hotel had staff mostly on hand to help you. Also can speak English some of them

Shower room small. Sometimes room service was lacking in terms that no one responds to calls . Tv only has like one English station

The family room was very spacious as it could accomodate 4 - 6 persons.

The facilities in the room was very limited. There was no kettle so we were not able to drink hot water.

Good helpful stuff, hotel is situated in a good place near shops and historical centre.

Rooms are very small and lobby-bar is too expensive.

The central position of the Hotel! The enormous competence and engagment from the Front Office Manager Mr. MUSLUM KILCI ! He found immediatly the best solutions for any problems i crossed. (It would be great if you transfer to him, my satisfaction and gratitude. [Ms.Manto, Greece])!

Maybe breakfast untill 10.30 (instead 10.00)? Night-noise problems in some parts of the Hotel (but mostly caused from goverment activity and...other hotel customers) . More satellite channels ( or movies in english) ?

The breakfast, the sights from the restaurant (top floor) which were very nice. It´s very good located in the centre of Eminönu very closed to all the most interesting places to visit.

The room and bathroom were too small and they put us in the old part of the hotel. There are more expensive and comfortable rooms in the new area of the hotel, but maybe too expensive for Turkey. The new area was much better, anyway. Difficulty to sleep because there was a big tree closed to our old window with more than a hundred birds and it was very noisy. No heating though it was November.
