very nice and quite place, but you should be ready that you'll listen a muezzin in the morning very early )) very friendly staff, they are always ready to help and answer on questions.

The location of the hotel and the staff's attitude.

I didn't like that my room was small, a little bit noisy (because it was next to the service room) and no very warmly. In the same time I didn't like that they proposed us to move to another hotel for 2 nights even if we booked the room many weeks before.

The hotel in general was very cozy due to its small number of rooms and the rooms themselves were very homey and nicely decorated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Honestly, it felt like home away from home!

This is a very beautiful hotel in the historic area of Istambul. The staff wonderful, they were so helpfull with everything, directions, and answering questions. Definitely I would recomend to stay in this cozy hotel.

Looks slightly better on photos than in reality. But then again, most things do. And the warm atmosphere makes up for that.

Its beautiful and quiet as i wanted it. Hotel staff were very helpful especially the reception

All was good, except many guests thought there should be more selection on menu and buffet.
