Hotel Location was perfect and the brekfast is more than perfect

Not hot water after 10 pm you shoul request them to switch the heater on and thats take almst 2 hours to have the hoot water

We get a suit for the prise of the room. This was excellent. The room was clien the breakfast and dinner was good and more than enough. The location of the hotel is perfect.

Small things. We had the feeling that everything has started to get spoilt, but not yet spoilt.

Although arriving at 2 am we recieved a very warm welcome by the night staff, includıng the first taste of turkısh morning tea...

Difficult to fınd after midnight because Kaleici (the old town center) has only two accesible gates and lots of little one way streets...

Great facilities (pool, sauna, gym, garden); meals were fine (half board is good value for money); minibar prices at affordable level; good location, close to a small beach

Had some plumbing problems in the bathroom - even though it was fixed quickly, some wierd smell remained. Nearby disco played incredibly loud music on some nights. Strange rule about food and drink not being allowed to be taken into the hotel from outside - was not enforced too strictly tough.

Versy noisy!! could not sleep at night. They are two open air discotheque close to it that work everyday until 3-4 AM!!!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff; location in the center 2 min. walk from the Harbour; very clean and comfortable suite; the swimpool and the garden; excellent food

Nice food. Helpful staff in general.

Very bad noise from a disco near the harbor till 3:30 AM. At checkout not correct procedure for payment. Needed to come to airport to collect money. No invoice received. Was forced to pay for the taxi as extra. Very poor organization in this regards.

The view of the window to the old harbour was very facinating, we stayd at the third floor to the inter garden and to the harbour. The shower and the beds are very confortable and the staff daytime were nice. When I ordered the room I asked not to take the price on breakfast because our fly was at 6 o'clock a.m.. They suggested to give lunch boxes because of diabetic but they did'nt give it.

Why did they forget to tell to the night staff about the lunch box? It' s very common that the night staff don't get the information they need in their work. This was the third time in Turkey. We cannot trust in future! Because of diabetic and keliaki the situation was very dangerous, in the airport was nothing to eat, no glutenfree food! Without promision we had bought the breakfast.
